Matrix Martial Arts is massively proud to have won Fitness Business of the Year 2026 at the Glossop and High Peak Business Awards.
Matrix Martial Arts WON the inaugural Glossopdale Soup
Team Matrix had the winning pitch at the inaugural Glossopdale Soup event on 9 March 2023 – Matrix were honoured to have won some funding to provide training sessions during the day for young people excluded from school or experiencing difficulties with their education.
Lifetime Register of Martial Artists
All of the students who grade with us are nationally recognised and are entered into the BMABA Lifetime Student Grading Register.
Once on this register, each student has a unique grade record for life assigned to each martial artist.

Sensei Jake wins gold!
Our very own Sensei, Jake Johnson won the GOLD in the Gi division of the All Star BJJ Manchester Pro 2023 (April 2023). He massively sets the example that hard work and sheer determination really pay off.
